b. Project Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels a project after work has begun:

  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

  • A partial refund may be considered for uncompleted project phases, based on our discretion and the amount of work completed.

c. Project Cancellation by Deal Craft Solution
In the rare event that Deal Craft Solution must cancel a project due to unforeseen reasons:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued depending on the progress of the work.

  • We will also assist in transferring completed work or provide support to help you transition to another provider.

d. Dissatisfaction with Final Delivery
If you are unsatisfied with the final outcome:

  • We offer reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed projects if all agreed-upon deliverables have been fulfilled and revisions offered.

2. Digital Products or Downloads
If digital materials are provided (e.g., reports, templates, or assets related to your strategy), they are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes
